  The product I purchased from teavanna broke within a few uses, and I was unable to return or exchange it. I do not recommend shopping here.

  I am really disappointed with the service I received at Teavana at the New Sudbury Centre at 1:30pm on Saturday, March 8th. I wanted to buy a gift for a friend and was very disappointed. I overcharged for a tea costing me 29$ for the tea (only half a tin) and $6.25 for the tin,(that's 35.25$ for something that was supposed to only cost $26.00), I was told when making my purchase inquiry that the tea was measured by scope and would only cost me 11$ per scope, which is equivalent to 22$. I was also rudely interrupted and pushed out the door when I asked the clerk to do a price check on the item. I spent approximately 70$ and was not treated up to standard. I was told that my current knowledge of tea was false and was rushed through the whole ordeal. I understand you are busy, but I stated that I had time to browse, I did not appreciate being rushed. I will not return to this store as the employees at David's Tea are way more helpful and knowledgeable. And frankly the tea is better.
