  We are from put of town visiting schools and wanted a place we eat at back home but this was not like the one back home. We seated by the window and it was freezing cold , it took forever to get our food that came out cold and missing stuff. Will never go back.

  Slow service although they weren't super busy. People waiting for upwards of 20 minutes at the door even though there are several empty tables beside me. Food is coming slow but tastes at it should for an East Sides. Personally not in a hurry tonight so I'm okay with the wait but if travelling with kids, I'm sure I'd be ready to leave by now (my main hasn't arrived). Atmosphere is pretty good though, lots of people inside but still quiet enough to talk and think without too much distraction. Would be a much better score with a little more speed (I ordered a pasta). You'll have to settle for a pic of half a loaf of bread since that and a small salad are all I've managed to have served in approximately 30 minutes :)

  Food is great but every experience I've had whether it's take-out or dine-in has been met with very slow service. Our latest dine-in experience we spent close to 1 hour on a slow afternoon waiting for 2 all you can eat, 2 grilled cheeses and a pasta. No apology or explanation about the slow service.
