  Service is consistently a mess. They can't seem to fill a basic happy meal order correctly without screwing something or giving you 3xpired milk or yogurt. The only competent staff they have work in the morning. Anything after 3pm is a joke.

  wait time for food is rediculous, i ordered ice cream 10 minutes ago, and i am still in line waiting for it. by the time i get it, it would have melted. very disappointed. i could have gone all the way to sudbury and back for my order by now. actually that's a good idea. next time, i will.

  Forget "millionth customer served" for every one, there's three that leave. . Usually the food at restaurants is too hot for my kids to eat, but this restaurant does us the extra customer service of allowing us to wait for it to cool down. . The bypass lane in the drive through is unfortunately a little too small; If they made it a little bigger, you wouldn't have to wait 23 minutes for one car ahead of you to move so you can get out of there and go across the street to get your meal. . They should have a call in option, so you can shut off your alarm in the morning, order your lunch and get on with your day. This would reduce customer wait time at lunch to about 5 minutes.

  Service is way to slow. No one communicates it seems. Sorry we don't have this, or that, and that is still frozen. Seems to be worse during morning and day. Drive thru especially. Guy in the morning who talks in the radio voice, is a little over the top for conversation before coffee. It needs to be toned down and not forced, it's too much. By all means do you thing, but it makes me not want to go through the drive thru sometimes. Evening staff isn't so bad, the few times I went. I go for the coffee or frappe and it's great. Just needs improvement and it could be better
