Terrible service. Braught 800can-am outlander for service and parts. Only changed half the brakes and tried to charge me for all of it. Ended up takeing 3 weeks to service my bike. (Can't reach anyone on the phone. Aparently they just let the phones ring for hours. Not enough to staff to awnser phones)

Thank you to Greg Will, sales manager at Algonquin Equipment! Extremely helpful, friendly and insightful. And yes, they do answer the phone! Never an issue contacting staff and calls/ inquiries were ALWAYS addressed. If you are in the market for a recreational vehicle you owe it to yourself to look here!

Jim is a stand up guy, If he tells you he will do something he does it. The parts guys like to joke around and they know that they are talking about. Mechanic is not shy to make the right recommendations for your bike. Also Greg is a great sales guy and will make sure your happy with what you buy from him. Great Service, thanks Thanks
