  What a complete disaster. This is the second time we have ever gone to East Side Mario's and the second time we have stormed out. The place looks half decent from a distance but the tables and chairs are dirty and greasy. We waited for 35 minutes for our food until we decided to leave and just pay for the starter soup and salad. After asking another waitress to get billed, our waitress clued in that she had failed to bring our food. She finally showed up with dried up plates as we were about to get up and leave, her excuse was the restaurant was busy. There were 6 tables for 4 servers, that is not busy whatsoever. We ended up paying $11 for a soup and a salad, I still consider that preposterous and borderline theft. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague, the food is horrible and the service is far worse.

  Literally a disaster from the beginning. First, the restaurant did not have the drink choice we requested (which was the first drink item she mentioned they had). Then we ordered a starter to which she came to inform us that the starter had burnt and would take longer. We didn't get the complimentary bread, or the refill of salad we had requested. My daughter ordered soup and they did not have crackers. The server dropped a bag of bread with no butter or knife in lieu of the crackers (although we hadn't gotten any bread in the first place). The food we ordered was good in flavor and did come in a fairly timely manor. But not happy with the service or the fact that they did not have many items we wished to order. Dissapointing seeing as we have always enjoyed our meals at East Side Mario's and have been to this location many times.

  Great food but a bit pricey. Clean & nicely decorated place, comfortable seating, casual relaxed enviornment. No long waiting times. Friendly & courteous staff. Overall a very nice place to dine at. Definitely recommended!
