  I ordered a 3 pc chicken and subbed for a poutine. Gravy was cold. Curds never even came close to melting. Staff was nice but that's all the good in that. Tried calling to see if they were open for Canada Day... no one answered the phone.

  Well the service was polite and prompt. The restaurant was clean. The product was awful. I had a Big Crunch and it was undercooked and over sauced. One of the worst fast food sandwiches that I have ever had.

  This location never answers the phone...so if you want to call and check on your order or to add something oh well...I made an order online and about 20 minutes later the power went out in the west end south end copercliff for a good hour and a half so when the power came back on I decided to call to see if they were still gonna send my order and no answer I called 6 times and not once did they answer so now how am I to know what is happening with my order...this is stupid...another time they forgot to send my medium fries and again I couldn't get a hold of them.
