Horrible service! CSR yelled at me because they were busy and she was overwhelmed. She was angry because I asked for a fresh coffee after waiting 35 minutes in the drive through for a cold one. Then proceeded to yell at me in front of the entire restaurant stating I was a rude and impatient customer.

Waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes for a cold breakfast sandwich, disgusting. Brought it back in and it then took even longer to fix. Meanwhile most of the employees are standing around talking. Terrible service, will not be returning.

Long wait in the drive thru. Over a 20 minute wait for a big Mac meal. Horrendous customer service. Definitely not worth going to at all even at non peak hours.
