  They were not as courteous as they say in their commercials good is dub par at best wil never go there again

  Very disappointing. Was very hungry so I ordered the 12 bone ribs.. I got 8. The beans I was looking forward to were so few they could fit in a shot glass. The tiny corn bread that came with my meal was a rock - probably days old. No wet naps, no knife, no napkins. Service was terrible and unfriendly other than the forced small talk at the end while we were paying our bill. My wife's steak was done wrong, and my daughter's meal was supposed to be free because its tuesday but guess what showed up on the bill. Seems like the staff here just don't care anymore.

  This restaurant use to be my favorite but they changed the menu I ordered the chicken waffle sandwich with fries. We got our usual appetizer and had no cutlery. Then when my meal came my fries were cold. The sandwich wasn't that great either. The waitress offered to bring me more fries but by that time I had eaten half of it and I didn't want to wait for more. I was starving, and was very disappointed :( no longer my favorite place.

  Need to use different oil when deep frying any desserts... everyone from our group said the same thing...dessert tasted like onion rings!!!

  Good value for beef. Service can be slow at times. Long waits for dinner, but now you can make reservations at least.
