  We called because our gas hot water tank wasn't working. We were told they would call us back, and that didn't happen. We called back the following day and they said they would be here the next day, and they didn't show up. We called back the following day and they had a gentlemen come. He switched a part on the hot water tank. We had hot water that night and one shower the following morning, then no more hot water. We called back yet again and were told they would call back, and again nobody called back. So we called again. They said someone would be here between 9-10am. At 10:50am I call and let them that it's been one week that we have had no hot water and i'm starting to lose my patience and that nobody has showed up, and i'm told she will find out where he is and call me right back (i'm not holding my breath). About 11:15 I call to ask if anyone is even scheduled to come or am I sitting around waiting like I was for the lady to call me right back, and i'm told "they should be there shortly". I say " thank you for your wonderful service". She giggles and I say "well, i'm glad you think it's funny". The man Adam that came was like the waitress that has to hear about bad food. I let him know how disappointed we are in the service and are considering changing to an electric hot water tank so we don't have to deal with secretaries that say they're calling back and they don't and service people that are scheduled to come that don't show up. He was sincerely apologetic for the service of the company he works for and was genuine. I suggest this gentlemen take care of the customer service calls and do the work in the field and pay him 3x what he's already making and you'll have a booming business that people will want to deal with instead of dreading. I can only hope that nobody has else has to go a week without hot water and deal with a company that doesn't seem to take their customers seriously. I guess it can only get better because it certainly couldn't have been any worse. (except for Adam who saved the day! Thanks again)

  Very disappointed in my experience with Nauss Plumbing & Heating. I had work done in October 2016 where they were effieicent and got a ton of work done in the time they were there, and even came back because Union Gas has to take the meter off to test afterwards. Yesterday (April 12th, 2017) they came back to do a short run from a previously prepared nipple across my (open) basement and outside. Somehow this, which was a small fraction of the work that they did previously took three hours (even though the hole was drilled and the pipe was through the wall in 45 minutes). They also charged me double for materials and only when I called them back were they going to correct it. Will update if I get my cheque in the mail or not. Very far off from the ballpark figure of ~$200 to over $500 now (it was over $660 before I called). They also told me multiple times that this is their slow season and even though collorlation doesn't equal causation there seems to be something there (though they denied that on the phone). Very disappointed in the service for price this time around compared to what I received previously.

  Guys are nice and friendly, but the work is horrible. Pipes are a rigged up mess, nonstop problems with hot water tank, needs work every year and a half and Nauss does NOT stand by their work. They do a terrible job and then charge you again to repeat it every year and a half when it falls apart.
