  We Were regular customers at P & M's. It is unfortunate to say that last night our meal was very "thrown together". The service was terrible we were a table of 7 we were told there was no wait, and they were setting something up for us. 10 minutes pass and we were told we'd have to wait 20- 25 minutes well it's quite hard when you got there at 5:30pm and you have young children. We would have gone elsewhere if we wouldn't have already waited and everyone had already arrived. Other restaurants in Sudbury that we go to on a regular basis we feel welcome at and regardless how busy it may be or under staffed we are we are always taken care of. We go out to eat often and this was always our spot along with my parents. The owners of this business DO NOT acknowledge their customers they are never at the business or never seen. There is no appreciation nor respect for people who regularly provide their business with profits. Our server was terrible also we sat in a booth by the kitchen and she did not smile once, was not pleasant, was rushing. Needless to say We and our fellow friends and family will NOT be returning there are much better restaurants in Sudbury. Bad for Business.

  The food is amazing, service is good It's a little pricey but worth it, I recommend trying their roasted red pepper soup it's to die for
