  Love to Hortons in general but this one in particular!!

  I went through the drive thru at about 11:45. I ordered a bagel with peanut butter and Jam. The peanut butter and Jam came on the side. I asked if there was a reason my sandwich was not made. A nice lady explained it was her fault she has an allergy to peanut butter. I asked for a refund for the peanut butter and Jam. Paying $1:13 for a few little packets didn't make sence to me, i was going to have to go home to apply the pb&j i may as well use my own. The young lady working the till, was quite rude, cut off the nice allergy lady and proceeded to say how most people know and are okay with this, as if i was some kind of nasty person. I have one word for the workers at this Tims. COMMUNICATION. If you are not able to make a customers sandwich, then explain that to the customer when they are ordering, then if the customer wants to change their order they can. If the customer agrees to the pb&j being ots than great. I am sticking with the hanmer location
