This place is extremely chaotic. I know they are busy, but a system needs to be in place whereby they can fulfill drive-through orders efficiently and correctly. On no less than five occasions, I have received orders that were not prepared as I asked. Simple requests like mayo instead of honey mustard are ignored or otherwise missed. I've made big orders on behalf of my workplace, and have had missing items. That said, the staff is friendly, and the interior is clean and presents as a typical modern Tim Horton's should.

Great service and speed during the week.....but don't expect fast service on the weekend or evenings when the kids are working....4 stars during the week and -2 stars on the weekend and evenings!!!
