  I go for breakfast here at least once a week. Staff are friendly and service is fast. If you are in the area you can't beat it for great breakfast food!

  I can get doing for regulars first, but when I was cut off by a woman who came into the parking lot behind me, and I asked to be served before the pushy person, I was told she ordered through the drive through. Then the woman at the till took her order, and with no line behind me, I was left standing at the till, with who cashiers standing there. After a few minutes where no one would take my order, I walked out. I was polite, and acted on the idea that these guys were just stressed because work in fast food isn't always a happy job. That said, after the wait, I was getting a treatment I didn't deserve, because I wanted to be served in order of the line. I'm thinking I'm not going to support this brand, anymore.   Ordered the grilled chicken, middle was still cold almost frozen. Called to report it, he wanted me to go back but I did not have the time. After saying No i cannot, i was put on hold for over 3mins; had to hang up was leaving for an appointment. I rarely eat fast food, but when i do i preferred A&W, however, you have lost my business.

  The place is clean, and full of A&W cheer. The gentleman on cash on the evening of January 19th, 2017 @ 5pm was particularly patient with our ridiculous order, and he brought our meal to us when it was ready. The food was fresh and the service was timely, leading me to believe this is a well-managed operation. One thing of note: they need a new ketchup dispenser. No one should have to endure that kind of tedium for a few ounces of ketchup. It's torture.
